Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We know you may have questions about our products and policies. Below are answers to the ones we hear most often.

Can your products be used on sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are formulated with skin-loving butters and oils, but everyone’s skin is unique. We always recommend doing a patch test first. If irritation or breakouts occur, discontinue use immediately. We also offer fragrance-free options, so there’s something for every skin type.

Can your products be used on children?

Yes, our fragrance-free products are gentle and kid-friendly. However, we strongly suggest doing a patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs, stop using right away.

How should I store my products?

For best results, keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural butters can soften or melt in warm environments.

My body butter melted, is it still good?

Yes! Natural body butters can soften or melt in high heat. If this happens, simply place your jar in the freezer for 10–15 minutes (or until firm). It’s still perfectly safe and effective to use.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, we recommend using them within 12 months of opening for best freshness and effectiveness.

When will my order ship?

Because we handcraft in small batches, orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only. If a holiday falls on those days, we ship the next business day.

Are your products natural?

Yes! We use high-quality natural butters and oils (like cocoa butter, shea butter, and rosehip oil). Because of this, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly between batches — this is normal and part of our small-batch process.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes — we do not test on animals, and our body butters are 100% vegan.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We are committed to sustainability. Our jars and packaging materials are reusable and/or recyclable whenever possible.
