At Moisture Freak, we handcraft our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Below you’ll find all the policies that guide our process, protect our customers, and set clear expectations.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Because we produce in small batches and to protect the integrity of our butters and oils (and to keep them from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend), orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays only. If a holiday falls on those days, orders will ship on the next available business day.
• Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has shipped.
• Delivery Timeframes:
     ~ Domestic orders: typically, 3–7 business days after shipping.
     ~ International shipping is not offered at this time.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping on skincare items. Apparel ships separately and may incur additional shipping charges.
Note: Once an order has shipped, Moisture Freak is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are personal care items, returns are limited.
• Refund Eligibility: Only unopened, unused items (sealed in their original packaging) are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refund Timeframe: Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Exchanges / Damages: We will replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Examples include jar/bottle arrived broken or leaking, product was missing or incorrect. To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product + packaging.

Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

• All products are for external use only.
• Always conduct a patch test before first use.
• Results vary depending on skin type and environment.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
• Moisture Freak products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Ingredient Transparency

• Each product page includes a full ingredient list.
• Because we use natural butters and oils, variations in scent, texture, and color may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not affect product performance.

Payment Policy

• We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure options listed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders are processed as soon as you submit them and cannot be cancelled or modified (including address updates). Once package is received, we’d love to help you with a return.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only the information necessary to process your order.
• Personal data is never sold or shared, except with trusted partners (payment processors, shipping carriers).
• By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of this information as outlined here.
